Hotel Revenue Assessment

I am able to support your venue by conduction a comprehensive Revenue Assessment to evaluate the overall revenue strategy, pinpoint areas for enhancement, and offer insights for potential improvements.

Depending on your venue's size and being able to provide information requested prior to the start of the assessment, I can provide an estimated assessment timeline after our initial discussion. The assessments can be conducted remotely or in-person at your venue based on your preference.

In the analysis, I will be looking at:

  • ota / ta / channels / online presence

  • distribution strategy

  • business mix

  • competitor analysis

  • market share performance

  • your website / booking engine

  • your current revenue strategy

  • current process's, procedures, policies

  • technology

  • bedroom facilities, categories & little touches

Upon completion, you'll receive a report with actionable recommendations tailored to enhance your accommodation revenue. We will review together to discuss strategies for your venue's improvement.

 

After this stage, you'll have several options. You can independently act on the recommendations, or I can offer assistance in their implementation. This could involve working closely with your team to guide the process for a while until they can take over the management of the process. Alternatively, I can handle the implementation myself and stay on hand for additional support. We can explore these choices once the assessment is complete and you've had the opportunity to review the report.
